In 2015 the technique of "Dry Needling" began to catch like wildfire, and more and more across the United States fields of medicine that are not related to Acupuncture began using Acupuncture-like techniques labeled as Dry Needling. Below is the official stance of the AAAOM regarding this complicated issue.
